Royal Canin’s legacy veterinary display program had remained largely unchanged for more than 15 years. We set out to re-engineer the program from the ground up with a future-proof, modular display platform to reduce operational friction, accelerate clinic approval, and improve retail performance—without disrupting daily operations.

The new system delivers a lightweight, fully modular architecture with long-term value that installs quickly in any clinic or retail layout. The QR-guided, staff-led assembly requires no special equipment or extra help.

After roll-out, shipping costs dropped from approximately $1,850 per unit to $86, enabling profitability with as little as one inventory turn. Clinics approve the system faster, maintain it more easily, and convert more confidently at shelf.
